The Pathways Project Coordinator

Academic Professional: 75%, 12 month, renewal subject to continuation of funding. Position may develop into 100% if funds become available.
Available: Immediately after completion of search.
Qualifications: Master’s degree required. Ability to coordinate and work with multiple investigators and research sites; strong organizational and coordination skills; outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; experience in managing and administering project budget; experience in data management including database and statistical programs. Spanish competency a plus
Duties: Coordinate and support research site recruitment and management; create systems for data entry, management, security and quality control for project data; train and supervise project staff; provide team coordination, including, but not limited to, meetings, communications, reporting and correspondence; work with research team in developing, administering, and managing project budget; monitor and track project documents and information to ensure all information is current and accurate; other duties as assigned.
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
